Terms and Conditions

TransformU Registration & Participation Agreement 

This Agreement is entered into upon logging into the TransformU MemberSpace portal and selecting “I Agree.” Access to TransformU livestreams and content is conditional upon acceptance of this Agreement. 

1. Nature of the Program 

TransformU is a Christian discipleship program operated by Transform Central Ministries, focused on biblical teaching, spiritual formation, and character development. 

By participating, you acknowledge that: 

  • The program is educational and discipleship-based in nature. 

  • Content includes spiritual teaching, discussion, and group interaction. 

  • Discussions may include personal, relational, and life-related topics as they arise naturally in a group setting. 

  • TransformU is not counselling, therapy, or medical advice or treatment. 

  • Staff and volunteers are not licensed therapists, psychologists, or medical professionals. 

  • Participation is voluntary, and you remain responsible for your own well-being and decisions. 

2. Access and Acceptance 

Access to TransformU content is provided through a secure MemberSpace account. 

By clicking “I Agree,” you confirm that: 

  • You have had the opportunity to review this Agreement in full. 

  • You voluntarily accept these terms as a condition of access. 

  • Acceptance is required in order to view livestreams and related content. 

Your acceptance may be recorded, including account information and timestamp.

3. Recording & Livestream Notice

TransformU sessions are recorded and livestreamed for registered participants. 

By participating, you acknowledge that: 

  • Sessions may be broadcast live and recorded. 

  • In-person participants may appear in video, audio, or photographs. 

  • Your voice, questions, or participation may be visible to other registered participants online. 

  • You should exercise discretion when sharing personal information during sessions. 

All recordings and content remain the property of Transform Central Ministries and may not be copied, redistributed, or shared without written permission. 

4. Community Conduct

Participants agree to: 

  • Treat all staff, speakers, and participants with respect and dignity. 

  • Engage in a constructive and respectful manner. 

  • Respect the privacy of others and not disclose another participant’s personal information outside the program without permission. 

You acknowledge that while discretion is encouraged, complete confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group discussions or recorded environments. 

TransformU may restrict or revoke access for behaviour that is disruptive, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the purpose of the program. 

5. Biblical Teaching Framework 

TransformU is grounded in the Christian faith and the teachings of the Bible. 

Participants acknowledge that the program is delivered within a Christian worldview and agree to engage respectfully within that framework, even where personal views may differ. 

6. Assumption of Responsibility & Release 

By participating, you acknowledge that TransformU may involve personal reflection and discussion. 

You agree that: 

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, participation, and well-being. 

  • Your participation is voluntary. 

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Transform Central Ministries, its staff, volunteers, and representatives from liability arising from participation in the program or disagreement with teachings presented. 

7. Agreement Confirmation 

By clicking “I Agree” in MemberSpace, you confirm that: 

  • You have read and understood this Agreement. 

  • You voluntarily accept these terms. 

  • You understand that acceptance is required to access TransformU livestreams and content.
