Terms and Conditions

Program Agreement & Code of Conduct

By registering for TransformU, I acknowledge that:

  • Participation is voluntary, and I am responsible for my own decisions and well-being.

  • TransformU is a Christian discipleship program focused on spiritual formation, biblical teaching, and character development.

  • I will treat staff, guest speakers, and participants with respect and courtesy.

  • I may be dismissed for disruptive behavior, harassment, or violation of the code of conduct, with or without refund.

Liability & Risk:

  • Participation may involve spiritual, emotional, and personal reflection activities.

  • I participate at my own risk and release TransformU, staff, and volunteers from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Refunds & Withdrawal:

  • Withdrawal and refund requests are determined by TransformU policy and may be partial or non-refundable.

Sexuality & Community Agreement

Biblical Teaching on Sexuality

TransformU teaches sexuality and sexual identity from a Christian biblical perspective, which includes the belief that sexual expression is reserved for marriage between one man and one woman.

By participating in TransformU, I acknowledge and agree that:

  • The program teaches and discusses sexual identity, sexual expression, and personal struggles (including pornography or sexual temptation) from a biblical perspective.

  • TransformU provides spiritual guidance and teaching, not clinical counseling, therapy, or medical treatment.

  • Participation is voluntary, and I am responsible for my own well-being.

  • By participating, I am joining a community of individuals who hold this same biblical worldview, and my participation indicates agreement with this biblical definition of sexuality. 

Media Release / Photo & Video Consent

I consent to TransformU taking photographs, audio recordings, and video recordings of me during program activities, which may be used for:

  • Websites, social media, livestreams, and promotional materials

  • Educational or archival purposes

I acknowledge:

  • I will not receive compensation

  • Consent applies for the duration of the program and future promotional use

  • I may withdraw consent prospectively in writing, but not retroactively

Statement of Faith & Community Covenant

Statement of Faith:

  • TransformU is a Christian discipleship school.

  • Marriage is defined as one man and one woman.

  • Sexual expression is reserved for marriage.

  • Participation in TransformU assumes awareness of and respect for this framework.

Community Covenant:

  • I agree to engage respectfully with others

  • I will honor TransformU’s biblical teaching in discussions and group activities

  • I understand TransformU is a faith-based program, not a counselling or therapy service.
